What the app does

The app lets you listen to the live audio stream, watch the live video stream, browse the show schedule and access Fluff Radio's external links (website, Discord, Twitch, TikTok, VRChat group). It does not require creating an account and does not include any login system.

Data we collect

Fluff Radio does not collect, store or process any personal data through the app. We do not include analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and the app does not ask for your name, email, location or any account information.

To play the live audio/video streams and load the show schedule and images, the app connects over the internet to our streaming and hosting servers. This exchange only involves standard technical data (such as your device's IP address and request metadata), which is processed transiently by our hosting/streaming providers to deliver the content and is not used by us to identify you.

Permissions

The app requests network/internet access to stream audio and video and to load remote content (schedule, images). On phones, it may also use media/notification permissions required by Android to keep playback running in the background and to show playback controls (including in Android Auto). These permissions are used solely to provide playback and are not used to collect personal data.

Third-party services and links

The app links out to third-party platforms (Discord, Twitch, TikTok, VRChat, our website). Once you follow one of these links, the privacy policy of that third-party platform applies — we do not control how they process your data.

The app is distributed via Google Play. Google Play services (installation, updates, crash/ANR diagnostics reported to the developer console) may collect technical data at the operating-system level under Google's own privacy policy, independently of the app itself.

Data retention

As we do not collect personal data through the app, we do not retain any personal data related to your use of it. Standard technical connection logs kept by our hosting/streaming providers are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, since it does not collect personal data in the first place.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable French law, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding any personal data concerning you. Since the app itself does not hold personal data about you, these rights mainly apply to data you send us directly (e.g. by email or through our Discord). Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app evolves (for example if new features requiring data processing are added). Please check this page periodically.
